Is “The Walking Dead” Pushing an Agenda For the Illuminati?

Conspiracy theories exist that point to The Walking Dead (2010) being influenced by Illuminati agendas.

Illuminati Watcher says:
“Most of the times that the main group discovers another group, it turns out badly. This pushes that whole ‘doomsday prepper’ movement which is a byproduct of a fear based culture. I believe the “Illuminati” are showing us how they want us to react in the event of a zombie apocalypse so they can instill fear on other levels (e.g. Big Pharma).”

The idea goes on to say that society is becoming socialist and people are being trained to not think for themselves, thus becoming the zombies they’re watching.

In Season five, Beth (Emily Kinney) is trapped in a hospital with some former cops and medical staff. The hospital doctor let another man die because he was a rival doctor, and Beth discovers the dead doctor worked at Saint Ignatius Hospital.

Again from Illuminati Watcher:
“Saint Ignatius was the founder of the Jesuits; a secret’ish society of Catholic priests that many conspiracy theorists believe have an occult agenda and secretly working for the Illuminati.”
