Future president Barack Obama spends the 1989 summer as a Harvard Law Associate pursing a romantic relationship with his future wife, Michelle Robinson, when they both worked at the same prestigious corporate law firm. As the film progresses, the relationship grows and Barack pursue Michelle, sparks inevitably fly between the two.
