Connie and Carla
In this modern retelling of <a href=“http://screenprism.com/film/page/some-like-it-hot” target=“_blank”>Some Like It Hot</a>, after singers Connie (Nia Vardalos) and Carla (Toni Collette) are witness to a murder the two disguise themselves as drag queens to hide from the murderer. After making a pact with each other to stay away from men, Connie falls in love with Jeff (David Duchovny), the straight brother of a fellow drag queen. As their drag show becomes more and more famous, the two risk gaining the attention of the murderer and losing everything.
